1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GNCode Pro ("the Service") at gncode.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GNCode Pro is a digital queue management platform that allows customers to join virtual queues at participating businesses and track their position in real time. Businesses can manage their queues, call customers, and view analytics through our dashboard.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Join queues with no intention of attending (repeated no-shows)
  • Abuse the loyalty points system
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. No-Show Policy

Users who accumulate 3 or more no-shows may have their accounts suspended. Repeated abuse of the queue system is not tolerated to ensure fairness for all users and businesses.

6. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may be awarded, adjusted, or revoked by the platform administrator at any time. Priority Tokens obtained through points are non-transferable.

7. Limitation of Liability

GNCode Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including wait time estimates which are approximate only.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
