When you use GNCode Pro, we collect:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number
- Queue activity: tickets joined, wait times, no-show history
- Device information: browser type, IP address
- Location data: city (optional, for queue search)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the queue management service
- Send notifications about your queue position
- Calculate and manage loyalty points
- Prevent abuse and enforce our no-show policy
- Generate anonymized analytics for businesses
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share limited information with businesses only as necessary to provide the queue service (e.g., your name when your ticket is called). We use Supabase for secure data storage and may use Twilio for SMS notifications with your consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Ticket history is retained for 12 months. If you delete your account, your personal data is anonymized within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to processing of your data

6. Cookies
