Frequently asked questions about GNCode Pro.

How do I join a queue?

Search for a business on our Businesses page, or scan their QR code on-site. Click 'Take Your Ticket' and you will be added to the virtual queue instantly.

Do I need to download an app?

No! GNCode Pro is a web app that works directly in your browser. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.

How do I know when it's my turn?

You will receive a push notification and/or email when your ticket is called. You can also track your position in real time on your dashboard.

What happens if I miss my turn?

If you don't respond when called, your ticket will be marked as 'no-show'. After 3 no-shows, your account may be temporarily suspended to ensure fairness.

How do loyalty points work?

You earn points for arriving on time and not missing your turns. Points can be used to purchase a Priority Token, which moves you to position #1 in any queue.

How do I register my business?

Go to the Register page and select 'Business' account type. Fill in your business details and you will have access to your queue dashboard immediately.

Can I have multiple queues?

Yes! Businesses can create multiple queue types (e.g., Haircut, Coloring, Beard) and customers can join whichever service they need.

Is GNCode Pro free?

Yes, GNCode Pro is free for customers. Businesses can use the platform for free during our launch period.
